EFT—often called tapping—is a gentle, powerful self-regulation practice that supports emotional release, nervous system balance, and renewed clarity. In this session, participants learn to tap on specific meridian points while naming internal experiences in a safe, supportive environment.


Rooted in both somatic and energetic principles, EFT helps loosen emotional blockages, interrupt stress patterns, and create space for healing, insight, and empowered choice.
